Products

All lamps are 3D printed to order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the final product due to the nature of 3D printing and material properties. Each lamp is individually crafted — minor variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

Build & Shipping Times

Build times are estimates and depend on the size and complexity of your order. Typical build times range from 4-10 business days. Shipping times vary by destination — see the checkout page for estimates to your region.

We will notify you by email when your lamp ships and provide tracking information when available.

Returns & Refunds

Since each lamp is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided printing has not yet begun. Once printing starts, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us at hello@svampelampe.dk to request a cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All lamp designs, 3D models, logos, and website content are the property of Svampelampe. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our lamps. Each lamp comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and modifications are not covered.
